Construction Project Manager

Job description:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations. May require out-of-town, overnight travel periodically.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and project team members
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management (Preferably experience with convenience store and restaurant construction projects)
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software
• Experience in project coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in construExtion management software (Procore)
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and software
• Knowledge of Civil 3D or other design software is a plus
